The latest to make a splash is Ta Pantryโs all-new โBon Voyageโ Boat Catering menu, which brings the private kitchenโs fine cuisine out to sea. The menu highlights Chef Esther Shamโs gastronomic skills in marrying elements of Asian and French culinary technique with dishes such as:
- Scottish salmon with acacia honey, cockles, shiitake mushrooms, okra and genmaicha stock
- Watermelon Gazpacho with matsuba crabmeat, cucumber, arugula sprouts
